I am on the govt. reach out program. I just started using my phone last week. right off my battery would not charge properly. still doesnt. I get no reception inside my home so i have to go outside to use it and then i only get one bar. I dont get my messages until many hours later . What i want to do is stop this program, send this phone back to them and transfer my number from that to another phone. and i want to keep the minutes i have also.
