  1. I am on the govt. reach out program. I just started using my phone last week. right off my battery would not charge properly. still doesnt. I get no reception inside my home so i have to go outside to use it and then i only get one bar. I dont get my messages until many hours later . What i want to do is stop this program, send this phone back to them and transfer my number from that to another phone. and i want to keep the minutes i have also.

  2. Is the lifeline program only the cell phone or home phone https://www.reachoutmobile.com/ and the broadband separate?

Where can I find the $ rates & broadband rates (speed), and why dies it have a financial rate "starting at amount with no further information?

If information was clear, more people would likely sign up.

The site above is very disorganized, provides little concrete information, says it is NOT part of a couple of other web sites, and doesn't provide information about how the service is provided
